How to use

Adults and children 12 years and older:

• Peel off the backing and apply the sticky side of the patch directly on the skin on the lower back, abdomen, base of the neck, or on the legs, wherever you are most in need of pain relief.
• Use no more than twice a day.
• Make sure the skin is clean and dry.
• Can use more than ONE patch at the same time.
• May cut the patch in half to place on separate areas.
• Lasts for up to 12 hours.
