Description

Nix out Super Lice. Nix Ultra kills all types of lice and eggs. Even super lice.

Harder-to-kill super lice have developed resistance to many traditional lice treatments. The number of super lice continues to increase in the United States. Pesticide-Free Nix Ultra® 2-in-1 Lice Elimination System is specially designed to kill both super lice and regular lice, including eggs, by suffocation.

Directions

Read warnings before use. Keep Nix Ultra away from eyes. Protect eyes with washcloth or towel. See enclosed leaflet for complete directions in English and Spanish.

Step 1: Apply: Spread Nix Ultra Solution on dry hair, completely saturating hair and scalp. Ensure coverage behind ears and on back of neck. Leave solution in hair for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Wash: Wash hair thoroughly with regular shampoo. Do not use conditioner or shampoo that contains conditioners. Nix Ultra Solution conditions hair for easy combing. Towel dry hair.

Step 3: Remove: Use Nix Professional Lice Removal Comb to remove nits and lice. Part hair into four sections. Comb one section at a time. Start at top of head. Lift a 1-2 inch wide strand of hair. Place teeth of comb as close to scalp as possible and comb with firm, even, motion away from scalp to the end of the hair. Use clips to pin back each strand of combed hair. Clean comb during use by wiping lice and nits onto tissue. Discard tissue into sealable plastic bag. After combing, recheck the entire head for lice and nits. Seal and discard plastic bag containing nits and lice. Check hair after 7 days and repeat use if necessary. Safe, non-toxic. Completely saturate hair and scalp. See below for usage guidelines. Usage may vary. Usage guidelines: Hair length: Short: 4+ applications per bottle. Medium: 3 applications per bottle. Long: 2 applications per bottle.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Not for use by people with hypersensitivity to mineral oils or silicone.
This product is only suitable for head lice (not pubic lice).
Not for use on children under 2 years of age.

PRECAUTIONS

Care should be taken to avoid contact with eyes. Protect eyes with washcloth or towel.
Do not use this product when the scalp is already very irritated or injured.
Do not use this product under occlusion, e.g. by covering up the hair with a cap or wrapped foil.
Do not use Nix Ultra® Solution for longer than directed or overnight while sleeping.

WARNINGS

Keep out of the reach of children.
Stop use if signs of a rash or irritation occur.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes (mouth and nose). In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
For external use only. Do not swallow.
If swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) immediately.
KEEP TREATED HAIR AWAY FROM FIRE, FLAME, OR OTHER HOT OBJECTS. DO NOT SMOKE DURING USE OR TREATMENT.
If spilled, clean up immediately. Nix Ultra® Solution can be slippery.
